Overview of Operations and Marketing Coordinator Role
Time Commitment:15-20 hours/week (spread over M-F – consistent work hours each week)
Compensation:$20-$25 per hour commensurate with relevant experience
Benefits: Flexible schedule, remote
Location: Anywhere in the United States – this role is fully remote.
Status: This role is a part timeEMPLOYEE/W2 role. You must be legally authorized to work as a W2 Employee in the United States.
Responsibilities
This role will be overseeing and coordinating the day to day operations and client relations in our high touch marketing studio. This role will also be supporting the CEO/Creative Director and will oversee project management for both internal and client facing projects.
Monitor Basecamp, our project management software, and reply to any current client inquiries or feedback
Respond to client questions in a timely manner during working hours
Handle onboarding workflows for new clients
Coordinate and manage calls with clients as needed
Create project timelines
Review dates and deadlines daily and ensure projects stay on schedule and under budget
Follow up with team members when projects are in jeopardy of falling behind
Review files and proofs from contractors and serve as the final eye before anything gets sent to clients
Touch base with clients to inform them of scoping milestones (25%, 50%, 75%) and when their project is nearing the end of the scope and it’s time to renew their hours
Own the schedule and make recommendations for when new projects can be completed based on current and future commitments
Support CEO with marketing and social media, if desired.
