NYLA Influencers is a growing talent management business that helps influencers monetize their content. We are a tight knit and small company and we are seeking some backend administrative support. 

We would love for you to apply if you’re interested in the influencer and talent management world and you’re looking for an opportunity to get involved in a boutique agency. 

Role Overview: 

– Contracted, remote, can work during USA Pacific time zone business hours (our preference is USA or Canada and we will also consider applicants from other countries to be a 1099 contractor) 

–  Part-time, starting at 15-20 hours per week

–  Hourly rate is  $15

Time Requirements: 

– Online at some point between 10am-4pm Pacific M-F

– Respond to inbound emails within 24 hours M-F

– Respond to Slack and Voxer communications within 24 hours M-F

– Available for possible weekly team calls

– You really thrive and love working in an administrative assisting capacity

– You love taking training materials (SOPs) and hit the ground running on tasks

– You have a few other clients or a part-time job and would like another client/job

– The idea of supporting influencer deals behind the scenes excites you

– You know most of the systems listed below

– You are comfortable being client/talent facing and vendor facing

– You have excellent written communication 

– You can be in the email inbox a few times a day and like to keep a clean inbox

– You are organized and love details

– You have a knack for following up and following through 



– Check Asana and update task status in Asana

– Update SOPs as requested into word documents

– Update Client facing documents and operating procedures as needed and upload into Teachable (Course Platform) 

– Attend Weekly Team Meetings

– Daily Slack Check ins 

– Assist clients/talent in completing any necessary forms (e.g. you can hop on a call, ask necessary questions and fill out forms on their behalf using the information they’ve given you)

Inbox Management and Client/Vendor Facing Work: 

– Monitor the NYLA inbox and ping team members as needed

– Respond to emails in the inbox to brands and agencies (vendors) and talent (so people know we’ve heard them)

– Manage calendar requests for the CEO

– Manage client-facing Google folders and keeping them to date with contracts, files, photos, etc

Campaign Management Assisting/ Managing Inbound and Booked Requests: 

– Support our primary talent manager with our client’s booked brand deals

– Follow our processes and workflows in Hubspot and update needed documents 

– Manage the whole deal flow (organize contracts, ensure that necessary steps are being done, following up and closing loops, and supporting the talent manager throughout the process) – we will train you on our workflows in Hubspot 

– Record necessary information on inbound deal requests and booked deals

– Manage and vet inbound requests (decide what kind of deal it is, we will teach you, forward it to principal talent managers) 


– Handle outreach to brands and agencies to help create new relationships for our company

– Updating the contact lists in hubspot weekly

– Record contacts in Hubspot CRM and ensure that it is up to date with correct properties and notes

– Responsible for managing non-paid (PR giftings, posts in exchange for product, affiliate deals) requests for client and vendor relationships
