NC Media is hiring a Youtube Strategist Account Manager to lead the YouTube strategy for multiple client accounts to ensure they are not only loved by the YouTube algorithm but also generating around-the-clock leads.

NC Media is founded and led by Trena Little, a YouTube strategist working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and influencers to harness the power of organic video from YouTube to get her clients’ results. She’s been featured in places like VidSummit, Yahoo Finance, Huffington Post, and more. Trena and her team are on a mission to inspire entrepreneurs to find the time, confidence, and results when it comes to using YouTube marketing.
Overview
Reporting to the Agency Lead Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and overseeing the YouTube strategy for multiple client accounts from idea conception and outline to research on thumbnail design, video descriptions, and headlines. Our team will train you on how to execute YouTube Content strategy for our clients! You’ll use your ability to build connections and your attention to detail to provide high-touch YouTube strategy support to coaches, course creators, and service providers who care about being honest in their marketing above all else and are committed to getting their customers results.
- Time Commitment: 40 hours/week, availability between 9a-2p ET
- Compensation: $30k – $35k, salary commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Flexible work schedule
- Location: Anywhere in the United States – this role is fully remote.
- Status: This role is an EMPLOYEE/W2 role. You must be legally authorized to work as a W2 employee in the United States.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Account Management + Client Communication
- Providing strategic video ideas to clients
- Keeping clients on track and ensuring their video content is turned in on time
- Reporting weekly to clients with updates and metrics
- Creating monthly reports and sending video walkthroughs of those reports to clients
- Updating clients’ YouTube homepages and playlistsTaking calls with clients as needed
YouTube Strategy
- Collaborating with the Lead Account Manager, as needed, in creating a YouTube strategy that is aligned with client goals and other marketing efforts
- Brainstorming strategic video content ideas
- Writing video titles and giving thumbnail direction to clients
- Outlining and scripting YouTube videos
- Researching what’s working on YouTube and what comments are being left on videos
- Uploading and optimizing client videos on YouTube
- Tracking video impressions, views, and click-through rates after 24 hours, 48 hours, and 7 days
- Determining if changes need to be made to video titles or thumbnails to improve video performance
- Submitting thumbnails to design agency
