Marbury (marbury.co) is hiring a part-time Junior Graphic Designer.

Overview
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for supporting the agency’s projects, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing on brand identities, style guides, website design, and more!
- Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week (spread over M-F—consistent work hours each week)
- Compensation: starting $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Location: Anywhere in the United States—this role is fully remote.
- Status: This role is a part-time employee role. You must be authorized to work as a W2 employee in the United States.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Creative Director with design projects, from concept research to design implementation
- Executing on direction given by Creative Director on projects ranging from logo/brand identity design, packaging, print collateral, website design, and digital/social media assets
- Developing brand style guides and contributing to the evolution of existing brand identities
- Assisting with print production and coordination of approved design work
- Supporting internal design work for the agency, including but not limited to marketing assets, portfolio development & maintenance, and website design and updates.
- Project Delivery and Team Collaboration—work within time constraints to meet deadlines. Identify and communicate issues with fine details and timelines. Attend weekly team check-ins, communicate daily via Slack, report to Operations Coordinator and Creative Director.
