But between the day to day operations, client work, and trying to plan for the future, you don’t have the bandwidth to find the right person to come aboard.
Job ads are hard to write, screening applicants is overwhelming, and interviewing candidates is awkward.
And there’s no clear hiring guidance for the way you want to run your business. All the resources you find online are either outdated, too corporate, or overly confusing.
But you can’t continue running your business like this much longer. You’re running on coffee fumes, exceeding the recommended daily caffeine intake ten fold while hoping nothing major falls through the cracks. Meanwhile, your to-do list is growing faster than the backlog of Netflix shows you’ve been dying to catch up on but can’t find the time.
So you either ask your network for a referral for someone who can help you out, or you cobble together a job description and post it to your Instagram story. But that hasn’t worked out in the past, and you’re tired of letting people into your business who end up flaking.
That’s why I created a clear, objective process that takes the stress out of hiring for ambitious business owners like you who want to get it right.

We’ll kick things off with a strategy call where we’ll review your pre-hiring homework. We’ll also dig into some clarifying questions so we can nail down the right role for you and create an amazing job description to match.]
Our team will get to work drafting your job advertisement and a custom application form. You’ll have both in your inbox ready to review by the end of this week!
Once approved, we’ll post the job across multiple platforms, including our partner organizations, to ensure it’s seen by a diverse audience. As soon as it’s posted, we’ll get to work reviewing and analyzing applicants.
After the job has been posted for 2 weeks and we’ve assessed all applicants, we’ll present a list of candidates organized into 3 categories. We’ll decide if any additional touch points are required prior to interviews, and we’ll coordinate those touch points if so.
We’ll present our feedback from any additional candidate touchpoints we conducted, and will invite up to 5 candidates to interviews.
You and an additional stakeholder from your team (if applicable) will join our team to interview the top candidates. We’ll prepare you for these interviews in advance and will take care of all the details. All you have to do is show up!
It’s decision time! We’ll debrief you on our candidate assessments to help you make the best possible decision for your business. We can also use these 2 weeks to conduct reference checks or paid tests if needed.
Once your decision is made, we’ll help facilitate the offer, and even notify the candidates who were not selected.
I didn't have the time or expertise to do hiring the right way. Meg and her team do everything and they have the expertise with the ins and outs of the hiring process.
