eCommerce Marketing Coordinator
Overview
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for creating and distributing marketing content and managing collateral for the company’s and the client’s products and services. The Marketing Coordinator will work on both the marketing needs of COR Commerce as an entity and our client’s branding and marketing needs.
Must have a strong voice in e-commerce language and messaging in order to speak to the way our eCommerce clients work and respond. The Marketing Coordinator considers themself excellent at client service, and specializes in B2B communication, especially in the eCommerce industry.
- Time Commitment:15-20 hours/week. Hours must have some overlap with 10am-2pm M-F (Arizona Time- MST/PDT)
- Compensation: $25-30 commensurate on experience
- Location: Anywhere in the United States – this role is fully remote.
- Status: This role is a part-time employee role. You must be available to be employed by our company and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Internal Marketing + Lead Management
- Generate content topics for blogs, video content, etc
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop core branding messages
- Consistent Content Creation that speaks to COR’s brand voice and executes on topic ideas for written content
- Provide CEO with direction for video content (and option to create video marketing content yourself)
- Strategize and Write Content to bring leads into sales pipeline and funnels
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Generate leads through social channels
- Manage leads and follow up regularly to ensure solid sales pipeline
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Managing the content marketing for COR Commerce on the following platforms:
- Youtube
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Blog
- Pinterest
Creative Support and Delivery of Client Projects
- B2B and B2C copywriting based on clients’ needs and brand voice
- Coordinate with Team’s Project Manager and complete assigned tasks
- Help clients identify brand voice and clearly communicate to project stakeholders as needed
- Meet on Zoom with clients independently and personably to accomplish joint tasks and goals
- Research SEO terms and use SEO strategy to help optimize clients’ sites
- Support client projects by writing and setting up email sequences in Klaviyo
General
- Attend weekly team meetings on zoom
- Collaborate with team daily in slack
- Complete any other assigned tasks
This could be you if…
- You LOVE problem-solving and “cracking the code” so to speak– be it with strategizing content to generate leads, or learning how to optimize SEO on websites
- You are familiar with Business to Business and Business to Consumer copywriting, including grammar and spelling (or know how to use tools like Grammarly to support with grammar and spelling)
- You are a strong copywriter– especially with eCommerce brands!
- You love creating content and generating ideas– but you can do it with business goals in mind, like how to create content that can generate interest and leads.
- You want some variety in your role– both in house marketing and supporting creatively with client projects
- You love eCommerce and helping product-based businesses make the most of their eCommerce sites
- You’re highly communicative
- You can strategize how to optimize content into leads
